At a recent wedding, I fell in love with a table cloth. If you saw my insta-stories, you would know I am not joking. This was no normal tablecloth, it was a reversible sequin tablecloth. Every guest at this wedding was playing with these tablecloths- like a mesmerizing, calming, I can’t believe all these adults are playing with the tablecloth situation!
The sequins are reversible, so you run your hand across them one way and they are one color, and you run your hands across them the other way and they are another color. You can basically write and draw in sequins. I can’t do this justice in a blog post guys, you just need to take my word for it and try something with this on it. I swear.
Not long after the wedding I began to notice these sequins everywhere – on pillows, photo boards, organizational bins, bags, clothes…everywhere!
I tried to admire them from a distance at first (because admittedly, sequins sound juvenile) but they are just too addicting not to have them in my life. I have snagged a couple pillows and storage bins that I have around the house to add a touch of magical sparkle because this stuff is pure magic. It’s the 2017 zen garden – you don’t need to rake a small tray of sand, you just need to run your hand over sequins.
