I wasn’t in the mood to cook a big dinner so I decided to take a hack at “tofu fries.” I didn’t have a recipe, I just made it up a bit.
I dried the tofu (and squeezed the liquid from it in between plates) and then coated it in a mixture of 1/2 almond flour 1/2 cornmeal and a Tbsp of Mediterranean spices and baked them for 30 minutes and then broiled them for 5.
When I was in Germany years ago I fell in love with curry ketchup- just take ketchup and put curry on it
Just that easy!
