Valentia Eye Cream & Hydration Mask

I absolutely love trying out new skin care products. I don’t discriminate between high-end and convenience store prices as long as it makes my skin feel great and look healthy. I am always looking for new things to try so I was really excited when Valentia offered me samples of their True Glow Eye Cream and Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask in exchange for my honest review!

This line is made in the USA and uses natural and organic ingredients, free of parabens and never tested on animals (that always reminds me of Legally Blonde…you?). It is also vegan if that is important to you as well.

I am obsessed with face masks and have about 6 different kinds on my shelf right now. The Valentia mask was different than all of the ones I currently have which was exciting. The gel like consistence was cool and refreshing on my face and tingled to tell me that magic was happening. Living in the desert, I get really bad bouts of dry skin and this was gentle enough for me to use every night in order to repair it. In the mornings I really felt like my skin looked smoother and was even glowy (not bad for 5am). If you look up the main ingredients, Botanical Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E, and Sea Buckthorn Oil, they are all lauded for their hydrating properties.

I don’t have a lot of issues with my “around-the-eye” area but that doesn’t mean I’m not thinking now about the future.

I love trying out different samples of eye creams that I get. The Valentia eye cream has a pleasant citrus smell (a lot of face creams do not smell that great…) and one pump is enough for both eyes. It goes on thick but absorbs really quickly and my makeup went on super smooth over it. I dot it on and then pat it in!

I will definitely be using every bit of these products!
