I have a love hate relationship with running…I seriously either hate it profusely or enjoy it. Yet, no matter how I am feeling about it, I still sign us up for different “fun run” 5Ks — from the Christmas Run, to the Mustache Run to the Color Run. This year we ran in our third Color Run in DTLV and I (think I) enjoyed it! Most people end up walking it and bring their small children so we had lots of room at the finish since we ran the whole time. Every 1/2 mile or so you come to a color station where they throw lots of color powder on you which is fun (as long as you cover your mouth!).
At the end of the run they have a stage with extra “color parties” where they throw even MORE color on you than you had thrown on you while running. They also have tons of places where you can stop for a snack or some pictures.
