When I started seeing those stretchy black chokers from the 90s coming back I wasn’t sure if it was a true attempt at a comeback or if chokers were really back to stay (I was secretly hoping for the latter). It’s been a while now and I have only seen more and more of these necklaces popping up in the streets and stores, so I think it is fair to make it a Sunday Style! I have been incorporating chokers into some of my looks (even Oktoberfest!). While I am still wary of the original 90s version, I am loving some fun new updates to this throwback look.
