Sometimes when we think of Fall and Winter colors we think of dark jewel tones, browns, and blacks but those pastels you put away from Spring have a place here too! Pleats have been trending for a while and I had my eye out for a long time before I found this soft pleated tulle skirt for only $35! I love how the pleats fade in and out as the skirt moves, almost making it feel like it is shimmering. may have had a bit of a mermaid moment…if that is even possible when you aren’t in the water?
Grays and purples are pretty similar to each other (ever pick gray paint for a room and it look purple?) so I liked this soft long-sleeve fine-knit top both in and out to keep the look comfortable and casual. There are no shoes in these photos but I would probably pair this look with lace-up flats and an oversized cardigan or coat for warmth!
