I decided to mess around with buttercream this weekend for a 1st Birthday Party. 
I made a bit of a mess!
It was a triple chocolate cake, with buttercream filling/frosting.
Because I made it over the course of two days and kept putting it in the fridg, and I didn’t have Vivo paper towels (seriously, according to pinterest those are the best when it comes to smoothing Buttercream) it was not the smoothest application. I kept working on it until the last minute though lol
I put some chocolate frosting and cake crumbs along the edges and then used little palm trees and dinosaurs for decoration for the dino birthday party!
I think it went over well.
Seriously, how cute is this kid!
The little guy liked his gifts too.
