I grew up in Florida where we went to the beach all year long. Since I left for college almost a decade ago I have not lived in a state with a beach. Devastating, I know. Living in Vegas we are at least 5 hours from the beach so I was pretty excited when we went TWICE.
The sand was soft and really shimmery too!
The water wasn’t too cold so we were able to go in and then we also played frisbee for a bit. I’m not very good at it but I was getting better…I only hit a couple people!
Apparently the same day we were at La Jolla, there was a hammerhead shark there too!!! I’m NOT mad that we missed THAT!!!
